• Prezi | www.prezi.com | A fantastic presentation tool.
• PortableApps | www.portableapps.com | A great open source tool set that installs on a USB thumb drive
• VirtualBox | www.virtualbox.org/ | A great open source tool to run Virtual Servers on a workstation.
• TeamViewer | www.teamviewer.com/ | A free remote access tool.
• Microsoft Live/Skydrive | www.live.com | Microsoft’s free version of Office online and free 25 GB online storage.  A great area to create information and offsite storage.
• GreenShot | www.getgreenshot.org/ | A free open source screen capture tool.  I am a fan of SnagIt.  But not a fan of the $$.  Greenshot is a great alternative.
• hMailServer | http://hmailserver.com/ | A free open source email server.  This is great for a virtual dev environment.
• Paint .NET | http://www.getpaint.net/ | A free open source image and photo editing software.
• Dropbox.com | http://www.dropbox.com | A free website and toolset to use for easy file transfer.  Dropbox.com is free up to 2GB.
• Winmerge | http://www.winmerge.org | An open source tool that does file comparison.
• Trello | http://www.trello.com | A web-based, free project management tool set.
